Acacia Hotel Bacolod

We had a fantastic stay in the Executive Suite for my birthday! The room was spacious with a wonderful bath tub. Although the breakfast could have been better, the excellent customer service.

The room we had included a refrigerator, a seating area and a writing table.

Ideal option among 4 stars hotels. Location - good, short walk to Iloilo, resturants and shops and the mall which had lots of resturants. Also, near the port. A nice size and newly remodelled room facing sea. Comfortable bed, a safe, an electronic key card, and a work desk. Very friendly and hospitable staff with smiles...

Spacious Stay with Room for Improvement

The Beautiful Suite provided ample space for our family. The capped wifi hindered our work needs. Dining options were limited, so plan meals ahead. A good stay but ensure your connectivity needs are met!

The room was tidy and beds where exceptionally comfortable. The stuff was polite and courteous, my every need was addressed. Its location at a medium distance from a local museum was super. Shopping centers and convenience stores were right next door;)))

The staff were great. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the nearby area, and the location was perfect, being close to shopping malls and restaurants.

Wi-Fi connection was slow.

The staff deserves commendation, particularly Ms. Velasco and Ms. Rose, always smiling and ready to assist. The proximity to the port is a major plus and ensures easy access to the city when needed.

The bathroom amenities could greatly improve, specifically with fresher towels and effective exhaust fans.

The room felt spacious with a decent layout, ideal for a family or group. I loved the ample natural light from the large window. The location sits a bit away from downtown, but heading to nearby malls like Ayala or SM City took just a quick drive was good. Sadly, the wi-fi connection often dropped was good. Getting breakfast vouchers daily felt unnecessary and was a bit annoying. The limited selection in the breakfast buffet might not satisfy everyone, especially those with specific tastes. Housekeeping was friendly, but the towels looked worn out and weren't exactly fresh. A couple of them even had some stains. A few more amenities like extra toiletries and a better-maintained fridge would make a big difference. The pool area was a highlight, but some added options for relaxation, like a spa or gym, would enhance the experience.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of my room with a lovely view of the sea. The breakfast was good, offering a generous selection that suited my taste perfectly.

Parking was limited.

The Wi-Fi is capped, a frustration for working travelers!!! The outdated furniture and dusty room left a lot to be desired!!! A more reliable hot water supply is necessary for a more comfortable stay!!!

We found the hotel grounds spacious and enjoyed relaxing by the wave pool. The large windows in our Beautiful Twin Room provided great natural light.

My kids wished for more varied breakfast options.
